How to use this
Pick your top-selling PDP, not the newest one. Open it on a phone and a laptop side by side as you answer. Mobile catches half the issues desktop hides. Answers persist in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back.
When you finish, rerun the audit on the worst-performing PDP of your top ten by traffic. The gap between the two pages is usually where the fastest wins live.
How we score
Each question carries equal weight unless noted. Yes answers count toward a 100 point total. 90 and up is an A, 75 to 89 is a B, 60 to 74 is a C, 40 to 59 is a D, and anything below 40 is an F. The letter matters less than the specific "no" answers, which are your to-do list.
A few questions are category-gated (size chart, tech specs). If they do not apply, answer yes by default so the score is not penalized for a non-issue.
Limitations
This is a structural audit, not a qualitative review. A PDP can score an A with mediocre photography or weak copy that still leaks conversion. Use it as a floor check before any creative revamp.
The grader does not measure page speed, Core Web Vitals, or accessibility. Pair it with the ADA quick scan and a Lighthouse run to cover those angles.
