Our process.

Quick scoping
Send a brief description of the task via the form. We respond within 4 business hours with an estimated hour range and who would work on it.
- 02
Approve + execute
You approve the estimate. We start within 48 hours. You get live progress notes on the shared task doc.
- 03
Deliver + invoice
We ship the work, you review, we invoice for actual hours used (not estimated). If estimate was off by more than 20 percent we flag it before going over.

Most tasks start within 48 business hours of approval. Urgent same-day work is possible at a 1.5x rate, subject to capacity. Let us know when you submit.
Yes, once you have worked with us. First engagement, we assign based on task type and availability. After that, you can request specific team members.
For well-scoped one-off tasks under 5 hours, yes. Anything over 5 hours or with unknowns we bill hourly because fixed-price incentivizes cutting corners.
We flag at 80 percent of the estimate so you can decide whether to continue. If it is our mis-estimate we often absorb part of the overage. If the scope changed, we document the change and bill the actual hours.
