Twenty questions. Honest answers.

Getting started
Usually not. Start with the free written audit. We look at what you have and scope only the work that moves revenue, which is normally some mix of technical SEO, product page CRO, and lifecycle email. A rebuild is a recommendation we make rarely, not a default.
We work with brands from their first order up to roughly $50K a month. Below about $1K a month, the honest answer is usually that you need more products in front of more people rather than an agency, and we will say so on the call instead of selling you a retainer.
That is a common way people arrive here. The playbook is on our marketplace closure page: get your inventory back, accept that money owed by an insolvent operator is unlikely to arrive, and rebuild the customer list somewhere you own.
Yes. Most of our clients are US-based, and we quote and invoice in USD, but nothing about the work is US-specific. Tax and shipping configuration is set up for wherever you actually sell.
About our service
Seven business days from the moment we receive your content (products, photos, brand basics). We commit the date in writing and we ship.
Full Shopify setup, theme install and configuration, up to 20 products, payments/tax/shipping configured, policy pages, domain connection, 30 days of support. See the pricing page for the full list.
No. We configure everything and give you a training call at handover. Most clients are comfortable doing basic edits within a week.
A small team of eight people across design, Shopify build, and content. No offshore handoff, no junior assigned to your build — we pair senior builders with each project.
Technical
For boutique brands with more than ~15 SKUs and a growth plan, Shopify is the best combination of speed, ownership, and extensibility. For single-product makers with very low volume, Etsy can still make sense as a complement. We'll be honest with you in the call.
We migrate all of it. Domain transfers: free. Etsy or Square catalogue import: included at Launch + Grow and above, or $297 add-on at Launch.
Yes, if you've already purchased one. Otherwise we use a battle-tested free or low-cost Shopify theme — we know which ones convert.
Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta, schema, sitemap) is included from the Grow tier up. Launch tier includes clean URLs, semantic markup, and mobile-optimized performance.
Shopify hosts it. You own the Shopify account. If you ever leave Shopify, you keep the domain, product data, and customer list — everything is exportable.
Money
50% to start. 50% on go-live (after you've seen the site live, not before). Stripe or manual invoice.
50 percent deposit to start, 50 percent on go-live. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins because we reserve build capacity against them. The 7-day timeline pauses if we are waiting on content from you, so you never feel rushed.
Full Ecosystem is quoted per project on a custom quote, and payment terms — often a three-way split — get scoped on that same call. Launch and Launch + Grow are 50/50 only.
Yes. Each tier includes post-launch support (30, 60, or 90 days depending on tier). After that, our $97 per month managed care retainer covers hosting supervision, updates, backups, and one hour of edits per month.
Shopify Basic ($39/mo), domain (~$15/year), any paid apps you choose. Everything we install by default is on free tiers.
Yes. We invoice to any US or international entity and accept card, ACH, or wire.
We can still build the skeleton. You finish uploading products on your own time. The 7-day clock pauses until your content is in.
