Legal

Privacy policy.

Last updated: April 26, 2026. This is a self-drafted policy. We will publish an attorney-reviewed version once US operations exceed 1,000 monthly visitors.

The short version

We collect what you give us (name, email, business details) and use it to reply, build your site, and send emails you asked for. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, optional phone, business URL), technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), and any content you send for audits or build work.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver services you've booked, send emails you explicitly opted into, and improve the site. Legal basis (EU visitors): legitimate interest and consent.

Who we share it with

Service processors only: email provider (Resend), hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google, Microsoft), calendar (Calendly), payment processors (Stripe). Each has their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out of marketing emails. Email hello@pixeltree.store — we respond within 10 business days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (site functionality) and analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity). A consent banner lets you opt out of analytics. No advertising cookies by default.

California / CCPA

California residents have additional rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
