Conversion Optimization
CRO driven by what your users actually do, not what best practice articles say.
We lift conversion on Shopify and WooCommerce stores through user research, session replay, and structured A/B testing. Your CRO program stops being guesswork and starts compounding with every test.
- 27%
- avg CVR lift in 90 days
- 3 tests
- running at all times
- Evidence-first
- no opinion-driven CRO
Why most CRO work does not move the number.
- Agencies ship design refreshes without a hypothesis or a real test.
- They copy patterns from unrelated sites because a case study said those patterns work.
- They ignore mobile behavior even though 70 percent of boutique ecom traffic is mobile.
- They call anything a win, even when the sample size is too small to be statistically meaningful.

How we work
Our process.
- 01
Research sprint
Two weeks of heatmaps, session replay, survey, interviews. Output: a ranked hypothesis backlog with revenue impact estimates.
- 02
Test cadence
Two to three tests running at any time depending on traffic. Each test gets the sample size it needs to produce a confident result.
- 03
Compound wins
Winners ship to production. Losers get documented so we never re-run the same bad idea. Research refreshes every quarter.
Questions we hear most.
Roughly 20,000 sessions and 500 conversions per month as a starting minimum. Below that, tests take too long to reach significance. For smaller stores we focus on qualitative research and ship high-confidence changes without formal testing.
Microsoft Clarity for free heatmaps and session replay. Hotjar for surveys. Intelligems or Convert for testing on Shopify. VWO for larger accounts or non-Shopify. We match the tool to the job, not the other way around.
No honest CRO agency can. We guarantee a rigorous process, transparent reporting, and that we will tell you when a store's fundamentals (product, price, traffic quality) are the real problem instead of selling you tests.
Yes. Slightly different tool stack (Google Optimize replaced by Optimizely, Convert, or VWO) but same methodology. Biggest difference is that WooCommerce checkout flows usually need more work than Shopify's.
Qualitative only: heatmaps, session replay, user interviews. We ship high-confidence changes without formal A/B testing because the math does not support it. Being honest about what can and cannot be tested at your volume is part of our value.
