- Send email #2 to your list: a story about one product
- Ask 5 early customers for a Google or on-site review
- Install a simple reviews app (Judge.me free tier)
- Measure: compare this month's revenue to Painted Tree baseline
Days 61–90
Stabilize and decide
- Review 90-day revenue vs. pre-closure baseline
- Double down on email list growth
- Plan holiday season inventory now (it's closer than it feels)
- If revenue is under 50% of baseline → call us; we'll audit what's working and what's not
