    • Post in 2-3 local Facebook groups where it's welcome
    • Set up welcome email with 20% off first-order code
    • Refine product descriptions for your 10 bestsellers
    • Announce launch on every social channel you have
  4. Days 31–60

    Grow

    • Focus on reactivating past customers
    • Send email #2 to your list: a story about one product
    • Ask 5 early customers for a Google or on-site review
    • Install a simple reviews app (Judge.me free tier)
    • Measure: compare this month's revenue to Painted Tree baseline
  5. Days 61–90

    Stabilize and decide

    • Review 90-day revenue vs. pre-closure baseline
    • Double down on email list growth
    • Plan holiday season inventory now (it's closer than it feels)
    • If revenue is under 50% of baseline → call us; we'll audit what's working and what's not
