On final payment, you own the Shopify account, domain, content, and customer data. We retain rights to use anonymized outcome data as case studies unless you opt out in writing.

Acceptable use

We don't build stores for firearms, CBD/THC, supplements with therapeutic claims, adult content, or anything in violation of applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement. We're not responsible for lost profits, third-party platform changes, or client-supplied content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law. If the engaging party operates outside the United States, the parties agree to negotiate the governing-law clause in the project agreement before work begins.
