Pricing FAQ.
The 7-day clock starts when your content lands with us. If you need more time to gather photos or finalize products, we pause. Deposits are non-refundable once build work begins, but the timeline always starts when you are ready.
50% to start, 50% on go-live is our standard for Launch and Launch + Grow. Full Ecosystem is quoted per project, so payment terms are scoped on the same call as the price — three-way splits are common there.
Yes. We prorate the difference — no penalty for moving up a tier once we're underway.
Hosting, theme updates, monthly backups, security patches, and one hour of edits per month. Month-to-month, cancel any time.
Yes. Shopify Basic runs $39/mo. That's paid directly to Shopify — not to us. You own the account.
Domain is ~$15/year to the registrar. All apps we install are on free tiers unless you ask for a paid integration (we'll flag it upfront).
