What happens each day — from "deposit paid" to "first order."
We work weekdays, async-first. You'll spend roughly 90 minutes total with us across the week. Everything else happens in the background.
Day 2
Theme + domain
- Us
- Theme selected and purchased if needed. Brand colors and fonts finalized. Domain DNS pointed at Shopify.
- You
- Approve the theme direction (we present 2 options).
Day 3
Store skeleton
- Us
- Pages built: Home, About, Contact, Policies, Shop, Collections. Navigation and footer wired. Legal boilerplate drafted.
- You
- Review skeleton on staging. Note anything missing.
Day 4
Products upload
- Us
- All products uploaded, categorized, tagged. Descriptions cleaned. Images optimized. Inventory counts synced.
- You
- Send any last-minute products or photos by end of day.
Day 5
Payments + shipping
- Us
- Shopify Payments or Stripe configured. Sales tax set up by jurisdiction. Shipping zones and rates. Test transactions run.
- You
- Share your business EIN and bank details for payouts.
Day 6
Email + automations + QA
- Us
- Email capture installed. Welcome series drafted (Grow+). Site QA on desktop, tablet, mobile. Load-speed pass.
- You
- Final revision requests (you get one round at Launch, two at Grow+).
Day 7
Go-live + training
- Us
- DNS fully propagated. Site live on your domain. 45-min training call recorded for you. Handover doc + passwords.
- You
- Pay the remaining 50%. Post to your social channels. Send us your first order screenshot when it comes in.
